Serene Path Wellness offers a range of services aimed at addressing mental health and behavioral health needs. Our services include, but are not limited to, medication management, in-office therapeutic interventions, individual therapy, marriage and family therapy, group therapy, as well as psychiatric evaluations. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures comprehensive care tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual seeking our services.

At Serene Path Wellness, we have a cancellation/rescheduling policy in place to ensure the efficient use of our resources and respect for our providers' time. All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a $55 late cancellation/rescheduling fee.
In the event of a no-show for an appointment, there will be a fee of $150 for medication management appointments and $55 for therapy appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our patient's needs while also maintaining a schedule that allows us to serve all of our clients effectively. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any fees associated with late cancellations or no-shows.

To complete the new patient paperwork at Serene Path Wellness, you will receive an email invite to create a patient portal account when scheduling your first appointment. All required paperwork must be filled out before the day of your appointment, as the process typically takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Failure to submit the necessary paperwork before your appointment may result in its cancellation.

At Serene Path Wellness, all medication refills must be requested either during your appointment or through the patient portal. To ensure timely processing, all medication refill requests must be submitted before Thursdays at 5:00 pm. Requests received after this time may not be guaranteed until the next business day.
Prescriptions are typically sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy through our electronic prescribing system. This process allows your medications to be ready for pickup when you visit the pharmacy. If you encounter any difficulties filling a prescription or have any concerns, please contact our office promptly so that we can address the issue accordingly.
It's important to note that controlled substances require a written prescription, which you will receive during your appointment.
